How does the free furnace offer work?

When you replace your complete system, we quote one all-in price for the installation and include the furnace unit in it at no additional charge. It's one job, one crew, one price — the furnace is never billed separately.

Is it really free, or is the cost buried somewhere?

Your estimate shows the complete-system price with the furnace included at no charge. Compare it to a same-brand AC-only quote and you'll see the difference. We put it in writing before you sign anything. The in-home estimate itself is free with no deposit — a deposit only applies once you decide to move forward with the install.

Which furnace is included?

A base standard-efficiency furnace properly matched to your new AC and your home's load. High-efficiency, premium and modulating models are available as an optional upgrade at additional cost — you can decline them.

Do you actually size the equipment properly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We run a load calculation on your house — square footage, insulation, window area, orientation and duct condition — instead of copying whatever tonnage was there before. Oversized equipment short-cycles, costs more and dehumidifies poorly.

How long does the install take?

Installation timing depends on the equipment, access, duct or electrical work, permits, inspections, weather, and commissioning scope. Your written proposal identifies the project-specific schedule and conditions before installation is booked.

What brands do you install?

Current brand and model options depend on the home, load, system type, availability, and project requirements. Compare the exact matched equipment, service access, parts support, and written manufacturer and workmanship terms before approval.

Do you offer financing?

Financing is available through Synchrony Bank for approved applicants. Rates, terms, promotions, and any prepayment provisions are determined by the lender and may change; review the lender agreement before accepting financing.

What if only my AC needs replacing?

Accepted Answer

Then we'll tell you that. The free furnace applies to homes replacing a complete system where the existing furnace is also aging. If your furnace has real life left, we'll quote the AC alone and say so at the estimate.
