Greentek is a Canadian builder-grade brand commonly spec'd in production housing. Quality is acceptable but not impressive — adequate for meeting Energy Star ventilation requirements but not what we'd choose for a custom retrofit. If you have a Greentek unit installed by a builder, it's worth maintaining; we wouldn't recommend it as a first choice for a new install.
