What Business+ can—and cannot—promise
A maintenance plan should document supported equipment and recurring work. It is not a guarantee against breakdowns, a blanket repair policy or an automatic commitment to every commercial system.
Review the RTU maintenance scopeEquipment inventory
Record the unit tag, make, model, serial number, zone and available service history.
Written visit allocation
Confirm which unit receives each visit, the checklist, exclusions and filter responsibility.
Repairs remain separate
Findings, parts, refrigerant, specialty cleaning and repairs require separate approval unless written otherwise.
Priority is qualified
Member priority does not guarantee same-day, fixed-ETA or after-hours availability.
Before enrollment
A plan should fit the property—not just the price
Confirm the location
Business+ service is centered on Nassau County. The service ZIP and property access must fit current coverage.
Confirm the equipment
Self-service plans are intended for qualifying light-commercial rooftop units. Other systems need a custom review.
Review checkout terms
Verify the initial charge, add-ons, renewal amount, cancellation terms and equipment count before payment.
Frequently asked questions
Business+ plan questions
What is included in Business+ Essential?
The published Essential plan is $499/year at renewal and is structured for one supported light-commercial rooftop unit with two scheduled maintenance visits per membership year. It also includes a 10% repair discount. Equipment and site eligibility must be confirmed before service is performed.
What is included in Business+ Premier?
The published Premier plan is $998/year at renewal and includes four scheduled visit allocations per membership year. Those allocations can be planned for one supported rooftop unit quarterly or two supported units twice per year. It also includes a 12% repair discount. The written plan confirms the equipment and visit allocation.
How are additional rooftop units priced?
The current self-service add-on is $399/yr per additional rooftop unit beyond the first included rooftop unit, with up to 9 rooftop units accepted in the self-service flow. A larger fleet, multiple locations or a different visit allocation should be reviewed through a custom quote.
What equipment is eligible for Business+?
The published self-service plans are centered on supported light-commercial rooftop HVAC units in Nassau County. Equipment type, capacity, fuel, refrigerant, controls, access and application must be confirmed. Split systems, ductless systems, boilers and other equipment may require a custom written scope; large industrial, process, chiller, cooling-tower or specialty-control systems may require another contractor.
Does priority scheduling guarantee same-day or after-hours service?
No. Priority means eligible member requests are handled according to the applicable written plan and current operating capacity. Appointment and after-hours availability still depends on the equipment, issue, location, access, weather, call volume, technician availability and parts. The team confirms timing by phone.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Essential and Premier are annual subscriptions. The checkout shows the exact initial charge, add-ons and renewal amount before payment. Cancellation stops a future renewal according to the written checkout terms; treatment of completed visits, used benefits or refunds follows the terms accepted at enrollment.
How does Business+ Enterprise work?
Enterprise is quoted after reviewing the equipment inventory, locations, access requirements and operating needs. Visit frequency, supported equipment, account coordination, repair discount or credit, service windows, exclusions and price are included only when stated in the written proposal.
Not sure which plan fits?
Send the equipment count, locations and access details. The commercial team will confirm current capability and the appropriate enrollment or custom-quote path.
