What's included in the Home+ Comfort Membership?

Your Comfort membership includes two annual tune-ups (one furnace, one AC), 10% off all services, fully waived diagnostic fees, priority scheduling, and 24/7 member support. $299/year.

How does the $2,000 annual credit work?

Infinite members receive a $2,000 annual service credit that can be applied toward any repair, replacement, or service call. The credit resets each membership year and is automatically applied to invoices. Additionally, Infinite members earn a $1,000/yr replacement credit that stacks for up to 10 years — up to $10,000 toward a full system replacement.

When can I schedule my tune-ups?

You can schedule your furnace tune-up anytime during fall/winter (September-February) and your AC tune-up during spring/summer (March-August). We'll send you email reminders when it's the optimal time to schedule each service.

Do you serve my area in Nassau County?

Home+ Membership is available to all homeowners within our Nassau County service area, covering 30+ communities including Garden City, Mineola, Hicksville, Levittown, Westbury, and surrounding towns.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts on any tier. Your membership is valid for one year from purchase. You can cancel anytime, though unused tune-ups are non-refundable.
