Program description

Homets Services, LLC, doing business as Home+ Air and Heat, operates a customer care text messaging program for homeowners who have requested HVAC service. Messages are transactional and relate only to the service you asked us for.

Message types

• Service request received and confirmed
• Appointment date, arrival window, and reminders
• Technician dispatched and en-route updates
• Post-service follow-up and estimate notifications
• Replies to questions you text us

How to opt in

Enter your mobile number above and check the consent box, or check the same consent box when you book an appointment on our website or when a Home+ representative reads the consent language to you over the phone. The box is unchecked by default and you must check it yourself. We never add a number without express written consent.

Consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to book, receive, or complete any HVAC service from Home+ Air and Heat. Declining texts has no effect on your service, pricing, or scheduling. We will simply reach you by phone or email instead.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your service activity. Typical usage is 1–5 messages per service request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You may also call (516) 259-1191 to be removed.

Carriers

Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
