Business+ Premier — Commercial HVAC Plan
Double the coverage of Essential, for Nassau County businesses with more equipment or less tolerance for downtime. Four visit allocations a year, spent the way your site actually needs them.
Best for: Two rooftop units, or one unit running hard enough that twice a year is not enough.
What the plan includes
- Four scheduled visit allocations per membership year
- Spend them as quarterly service on one unit, or twice yearly on two qualifying units
- 12% discount on eligible approved repairs
- Written equipment and visit-allocation record agreed at enrollment
- Findings documented per unit so trends stay visible across the year
- Additional rooftop units added at $399/yr per additional rooftop unit
Renews at $998/year. The checkout shows the exact initial charge, any add-ons and the renewal amount before payment.
Allocations, not a fixed calendar
Commercial sites differ. A restaurant working its kitchen make-up air hard wants frequent eyes on one unit; a two-unit retail space wants both covered spring and autumn. The allocation model lets the plan match the building instead of the other way round.
Agreed in writing at enrollment
Which units are covered and how the four allocations are planned is recorded before the first visit, so nobody is guessing in August what was agreed in March.
Quarterly attention catches drift
Four touches a year on a single unit turns maintenance into a trend line. Readings that move slowly — a coil loading up, a capacitor fading — are visible long before they become a failure during trading hours.
Equipment eligibility and written scope
Premier covers supported light-commercial rooftop HVAC units in Nassau County. Equipment type, capacity, fuel, refrigerant, controls, roof access and application are confirmed before service is performed. Split systems, ductless equipment, boilers and other configurations may need a custom written scope, and large industrial, process, chiller, cooling-tower or specialty-control systems may be better served by another contractor.
Priority handling is an ordering rule, not a timing guarantee. Appointment and after-hours availability depends on the equipment, the issue, location, access, weather, call volume, technician availability and parts, and is confirmed by phone.
Questions about Premier
What does Business+ Premier cost?
Premier is $998/year at renewal, with $499 first year under the current self-service promotion. The checkout displays the exact initial charge, any rooftop-unit add-ons and the annual renewal total before payment is taken.
How do the four visit allocations work?
They are planned at enrollment and recorded in writing. The common patterns are quarterly service on one qualifying rooftop unit, or two visits each on two qualifying units. Other splits can be discussed against the equipment and how the site operates.
What is the difference between Premier and Essential?
Essential includes two visits on one unit with a 10% repair discount. Premier includes four allocations and a 12% discount, so it fits either a second unit or a single unit needing more frequent attention.
When does a site outgrow Premier?
When there is a fleet of units, more than one location, mixed equipment types, or a service window that has to line up with your operating hours rather than ours. That is the Enterprise conversation, which starts with an equipment and location review.
Does Premier guarantee a response time?
No. Priority means eligible member requests are handled according to the written plan and current operating capacity. Timing still depends on the equipment, the issue, location, access, weather, call volume, technician availability and parts, and is confirmed by phone.
