Custom equipment and location scope

Business+ Enterprise — Custom Commercial Plan

The custom tier, for Long Island businesses running a fleet of rooftop units, several locations, or equipment that does not fit a published plan. There is no standard package — the scope is built from what you actually have.

    PricingWritten quote required

Best for: Multiple properties, mixed equipment, or service windows that have to fit your operating hours.

    What the plan includes

    • Equipment and location inventory taken before any proposal
    • Equipment-specific written scope naming the systems actually covered
    • Visit frequency built around how each site is used
    • Account-coordination responsibilities defined in the scope
    • Repair discount of 15% on eligible approved work, as proposed
    • Credits, service windows and exclusions stated explicitly rather than assumed

Price, term and renewal are stated in the written proposal. Nothing is charged before that proposal is accepted.

    Survey first, price second

We look at the equipment inventory, the locations, roof and access requirements and how the sites operate before quoting. A number produced before that survey would be a guess with a decimal point on it.

    The scope names the equipment

Coverage is written against specific units rather than a category. That is what makes it clear, a year later, whether a given rooftop unit is in the plan or not.

    Schedules that fit the business

A restaurant, a warehouse and a multi-tenant office have different windows for someone being on the roof. Visit planning is part of the proposal, not an afterthought at booking.

    Equipment eligibility and written scope

Enterprise scope is set by survey. Supported equipment, visit frequency, account coordination, repair discount or credit, service windows, exclusions and price are included only when stated in the written proposal. Large industrial, process, chiller, cooling-tower or specialty-control systems may fall outside what we can responsibly support, and we will say so rather than write it into a plan.

Priority handling is an ordering rule, not a timing guarantee. Appointment and after-hours availability depends on the equipment, the issue, location, access, weather, call volume, technician availability and parts, and is confirmed by phone.

    Questions about Enterprise

Why does Enterprise not show a price?

Because the honest number depends on the equipment inventory, the number of locations, access requirements and the visit frequency each site needs. Those are established by survey, and the price appears in the written proposal that follows.

    What does the survey involve?

A review of the units at each location — type, capacity, fuel, refrigerant, controls, age and condition — along with roof and access requirements and the hours each site can accommodate service. The proposal is built from that record.

How many locations does Enterprise suit?

There is no fixed threshold. The published plans handle up to 9 rooftop units through self-service enrollment at a single site. Beyond that, or across more than one property, a custom scope is usually the clearer arrangement.

Can Enterprise cover equipment other than rooftop units?

Possibly. Split systems, ductless equipment and commercial boilers can be written into a custom scope where we can support them properly. The survey establishes what is in and what is out, and that answer goes in writing before anything is agreed.

Does Enterprise include guaranteed response times?

Service windows are defined in the proposal where they are agreed. What is never promised is a fixed arrival time independent of conditions — timing depends on the equipment, the issue, location, access, weather, call volume, technician availability and parts.
