What's a Premium Tune-Up versus a standard one?
The Signature Premium Tune-Up is our $449 deep service: chemical coil cleaning, blower deep-clean, condensate treatment, combustion analysis with CO testing on heating equipment, load-tested electrical, and a written condition report with photos. A standard tune-up is a lighter seasonal checkup.
How many systems does Signature cover, and what counts as a system?
Signature covers up to 3 heating or cooling systems. Each furnace, air handler, condenser, boiler, or heat pump is one system. Additional systems are $150/year each.
When do the visits happen?
We schedule seasonally — cooling service in the spring, heating service in the fall — and reach out to book each one so you don't have to remember.
Does Signature cover repairs?
No. Signature members get a discounted rate on repairs, but the membership does not cover, include, or pay for repairs themselves. The tune-up visits are included; repairs are discounted.
How does renewal and cancellation work?
Annual memberships renew once a year; monthly memberships bill each month until you cancel. You can cancel by calling or emailing us — we'll confirm the effective date and stop future billing.
