How long does an AC diagnostic take?

A thorough AC diagnostic typically takes 45-60 minutes. This allows our technician to properly test refrigerant levels, electrical components, airflow, and provide you with detailed findings and repair options.

Can you add refrigerant during the diagnostic?

If your system is low on refrigerant, we can add more during the same visit. However, we'll first check for leaks since low refrigerant usually indicates a leak that needs repair. Refrigerant is priced separately from the diagnostic.

Do you offer same-day AC diagnostic service?

Yes! We offer same-day AC diagnostic service throughout Nassau County. During summer months, call early for best availability—we typically schedule same-day for calls before 2 PM.
