Standard is the full tune-up with every required reading for your system — on gas and oil that includes carbon monoxide and combustion analysis. Premium adds real deep-clean work, extra readings and a photo report.

Work: Safety checks (CO, heat exchanger, switches, venting), gas leak test, ignition, flame sensor cleaned, burner area vacuumed, blower, electrical, condensate and controls.
Readings: Room and flue CO, combustion analysis, manifold pressure, temperature rise, return temperature.

Adds work: Burners removed, cleaned and reinstalled with joints leak-tested; on 90%+ furnaces the condensate trap and pressure-switch tubing cleaned; blower compartment vacuumed; high-voltage connections torqued.
