    The problem

The central AC system was not functioning properly. The root cause was identified as a faulty dual-run capacitor, impacting both the compressor and condenser fan operation, which can lead to a complete cooling system failure. The customer reported the system was down or working poorly and that the issue started today.

    Our solution

We replaced the faulty dual-run capacitor. We also performed a premium maintenance service, which included deep coil cleaning, electrical testing, and refrigerant pressure analysis. We installed a MERV 11 air filter and applied foam coil cleaner. The customer also enrolled in a Home+ Comfort Membership, receiving an associated discount.

    The result

The faulty dual-run capacitor was replaced and the premium maintenance was completed, returning the system to full operation.
